What’s included in a standard website package?

Standard websites include a Homepage, Products/Services, About Us and a Contact Page. This is most common when a business needs to advertise who they are and what they do. This allows most web search traffic to find your main products and services while learning about your business so they can contact you through a form or phone number listed.

 

How long does it take to build a custom website?

Depending on how many pages and complexity of functions, websites can take anywhere from 10 days to a few months. Every project is different, which is why it is best to consult us before starting your project.

 

Can I update my own website after it’s built?

Yes! Our intention for building site is so you’re able to function independently from us. We build you a custom template for your business so you can upload photos and content as you need. We provide resources and instructional videos once our work is complete. We would love to keep working with you on maintaining your site if you choose to keep working with us but it not required.

Will my website be mobile-friendly and SEO-ready?

All websites we create our SEO ready! This means that you have the fields available to you to increase site visibility on search engines. This does not mean that your site is SEO optimized. This is an ongoing process which we have available services should you choose to implement them.

Can you redesign my existing website instead of starting from scratch?

Yes, we would be happy to! Not all website builders have full customizability to them, however. We prefer to move you to a platform of our choosing so you get full customizability depending on the best suited website builder for your project.

What platforms do you build on (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)?

Yes, we are experienced in all platforms, such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and Go Daddy. Each platform is versatile yet some work better for particular projects. Please consult us and let us know what type of business you have so we can suggest the best platform for you to use.

Do you offer website maintenance or support after launch?

Of course we do! We have a web maintenance package, which includes back ups, uptime monitoring, plug-in updates, security updates, and keyword monitoring. This is an additional service to the construction of your website. Please contact us if you were interested in the service.

What is hosting and how much does it cost?

Hosting is where your website is stored. This is different from a domain. Think of it like a house built on a property. Your home address is your domain. The land the house is built on, the property, is the server where your site is hosted. We offer hosting that is fast with high volume storage for all of your content and videos. Hosting is SSL certified and comes with email configuration for $350 per year.

 

When is the right time to enable SEO optimization?

SEO is an integral part of getting your website seen on search engines. Our process is building our clients a website that fits their brand first. Second, optimizing the website to perform at higher speeds by compressing photos and videos. Lastly, analyzing any competition that we can choose keywords to effectively rank higher than others in our industry.
